How to determine your Dual Defiance size:

1. Find your thigh circumference (for stockings) or your EU dress size (for tights) in the column.
2. Find your height on the row.
3. The cell where the two meet shows your Dual Defiance size.

Attention: The band should sit approximately in the middle of the thigh. Therefore, measure your thigh circumference in the middle of your thigh, where the band should sit.
